Delegate attended the First Global Conference on Aging, In India. In addition, co-founders, Vicky L. Dickinson, MSW, DAPA, ACC, and Larraine Townend, Clinical Hypnotherapist, copyrighted their wholistic and spiritual treatment program, an activity-centered known as Guided Late Life Resolution. This model provides an alternative paradigm to the more traditional and medically oriented approaches to care, by focusing on individuals potential for personal meaning and purpose despite Alzheimer’s Disease. These concepts have been presented to The American Society on Aging and National Council on Aging.

The agencies Executive Director holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work, is a Diplomat of the American Psychotherapy Association, and is a Nationally Certified Activity Program Consultant. Ms. Dickinson teaches Gerontology Courses at the University of California Riverside. |
